The Greater Pontiac Community Coalition (GPCC) is comprised of community groups, businesses and government and is committed to creating change within the city of Pontiac that will enrich and enhance the lives of its citizens and positively impact the citizens of other communities in Oakland County.
Over 190 Oakland County individuals, community leaders, businesses government representatives and faith leaders have banded together and pooled their resources and talents to address the needs of citizens in the community. Great effort is taken to ensure that services and solutions are not duplicated among the many supporters and providers, and still help those in need.
Woodward Dream Cruise
The Woodward Dream Cruise has been thrilling people for over 15 years. Owners of classic automobiles from every era since the Model T proudly display their prized possessions along legendary Woodward Avenue from 8 Mile Road all the way north to downtown Pontiac. There will be hundreds of thousands of car-loving fans along the travel route. If you would like to participate as a vendor, sponsor or other business, contact GPCC to get more information on how you can gain access to the enthusiastic spectators that come out each year to marvel at the beautiful sculpted steel creations of classic automobiles.
